This is the time of year to celebrate all things green. When the sunlight filters through the branches, setting the leaves aglow, I feel my eyes drinking in all the wonder and intensity of the colour. The benefits of green should not surprise us.
Summer's abundance is suddenly upon us with so many flowers in full bloom. However time-pressed we are, it's important to find space in our lives for the simple appreciation of beauty.
Gardens stimulate the imagination, arouse curiosity and invite us to explore. In the last few months, I’ve been witnessing the power of these transformative effects on school children visiting our new not-for-profit initiative, The Serge Hill Project
