Where Do You Draw Inspiration From?
Not an advert, I promise! More importantly, I just wanted to write about inspiration: as everyone says, it is all around us.

So I have spoken about this a little before, but in September 2021 I ended up locked in a room with Covid, isolated for 10 days which was followed by being sat with a doctor and being informed I had burnout and depression. Which did take me a little by surprise. The wheels had come off big time! In all honesty, I was a fella of 50-ish, not really talking about what was going on in my head and just trying to keep on keeping on!
